Last week I had the pleasure of attending Kayem's Artisan Affair, a wonderful event that brought together local food truck chefs to create unique recipes featuring Kayem Artisan Sausage. The Kayem Artisan Sausage is lighter and healthier take on the classic pork sausage -- it's made with premium cuts of pork sirloin and a blend of natural ingredients. In an open kitchen at the Boston Center for Adult Education, chefs from The Heritage Truck, Wow Barbecue, The Dining Car, and the Chubby Chickpea cooked up some delicious dishes, all paired with brews from Harpoon. Each chef used one of the five Artisan Sausage Flavors: andouille, pineapple uncured bacon, sweet pepper provolone, sweet sausage, or fire roasted red pepper jack. Check out all of the wonderful food that we enjoyed!
