Here's how it works: you start by picking 1 of 4 bases: hummus, a warm grain bowl, a salad, or a wrap. Then, you choose your hummus (original, roasted red pepper, or fall beet) and your protein (chicken, beef, lamb, mushrooms, or falafel). After that, you add your toppings, which including things like a cumin pickled carrots, a variety of greens, olives, pita strips, crunchy quinoa (my favorite!), and so much more! Then you choose your sauce and pick either a warm fluffy whole wheat pita or some fresh baked pita chips. The great part is, you don't have to worry about picking a combination of veggies/hummus/protein that doesn't "work." The menu is designed so that any combination of ingredients you select will work. I recommend pairing your bowl with one of Tahaza's house-made sodas -- they are delicious.
