This week I visited Brasserie JO in the Back Bay for dinner. Brasserie JO is a lovely french restaurant inside the Colonnade Hotel headed by Executive Chef Nick Calias. They have a wide selection of fish and steak dishes as well as delicious French hors d'oeuvres like Foie Gras Mousse, Crispy Fried Rabbit, Lobster & Scrambled Duck Eggs, and much more.

We started our dinner with a Shaved Brussels Sprouts salad, a Spinach Tarte Flambée, and the Lobster and Scrambled Duck Eggs, paired with a lovely glass of Rosé.

For our entrees, we tried the N.Y. Strip Steak and the Salmon. Both were incredible!

We of course couldn't leave without dessert! We tried the profiteroles, a specialty Brasserie JO is known for. The server pours chocolate sauce over them right at your table. The Lemon Tart was also delicious.
