Sweet Cheeks is one of those places that I’ve been dying to try for so long — I’ve heard such great things about it (especially about their biscuits!) and I’m a huge fan of Tiffani Faison’s Tiger Mama. This weekend I finally checked it out, and it definitely did not disappoint!
Our first mission was to check out the biscuits. I have a friend who is such a huge fan of Sweet Cheeks’s biscuits that she buys them and freezes them for later. She’s totally right — they are delicious, and pairing them with honey butter makes them even better.

Next, we got our trays! The BBQ trays come with your selection of meat with one "hot scoop" and one "cold scoop." I opted for the pork ribs tray with a side of potato salad and a side of mac n’ cheese. We also got their "Big Chop" salad (for some balance, you know).

On a related note, Tiffani Faison has also just debuted her own Pinkberry Flavor — a sweet corn yogurt with blueberries served with Sweet Cheeks’s biscuits. I just checked it out at the Pinkberry at Prudential today. It was delicious! They’ll be serving it at the New England Pinkberry locations throughout August, and part of the proceeds from the collaboration will be donated to the Fisher House of Boston.
