One of my favorite things about Boston Foodies is being able to meet some of the passionate individuals behind Boston’s incredible eateries. Sometimes, their love and passion for their food comes across so clearly, and it’s just awesome. I love being able to capture some of that on my camera and share it on Instagram and on this blog!
Adam Hirsh and his team at Exodus Bagels are some of those incredibly passionate people. They have been creating delicious bagels for years and have built a loyal following in the JP area and beyond. Every Saturday at the Egleston Farmers Market in Jamaica Plain, you’ll see a long line of people waiting for their bagels and bagel sandwiches at the Exodus post. I’ve been twice, and both times I was blown away by the line and the enthusiasm of the Exodus staff in delivering bagels to their happy customers.
Now, Exodus is getting ready to open a brick-and-mortar shop in Roslindale, and they’re looking for some help to build it into a restaurant. Consider supporting their campaign on Kickstarter. I did — and I’m so happy to support a local business like this that is built on such passion!
More on Exodus Bagels at their website here! Until their new spot opens, check them out at the Egleston Farmers Market ever Saturday from 10am to 2pm.
