    Brunch at Lincoln

    September 18, 2016

Lately when friends have been asking me for brunch recommendations, Lincoln has been at the top of my list. I like it because they have something for everyone — both those who prefer lighter fare (avocado toast, fruit salad, parfaits) and those who prefer a more decadent brunch (sliders, french toast, pancakes, and more). A few weeks ago I took over their Instagram account and shared some pictures of my delicious brunch there — oysters, avocado toast, tuna sashimi, french toast, and so much more. Check out all of the photos here!

We started with two brunch cocktails — the Bloody Maria and the Lady Lincoln.

Then, we started light — some avocado toast, a fruit salad, and some oysters.

Moving to some of the more decadent items, we tried the Lincoln Sliders. They were one of my favorite dishes! They come with bacon aioli, muenster cheese, and a sunny-side up quail egg on a potato bun. Perfect in every way!

Then, we enjoyed the chicken wings, tuna sashimi, yogurt parfait, breakfast pizza, and french toast. I really loved the chicken wings and I’ve talked about them several times since I’ve been there — they’re so delicious and fresh, and roasted instead of fried. Yum!

I’m going to have to go back soon! I need to try their Fruity Pebble Pancakes. Check out Lincoln’s full brunch menu here. They open for brunch on the weekends at 10:00am.
