On Tuesday I was lucky enough to try out the new Chef’s Whim R&D series at Craigie on Main! The new series is a collaboration between Chef Tony Maws and new Chef de cuisine, Aaron Chambers. On select Tuesday nights, Craigie will offer four or six-course tasting menus at their Chef’s Counter. Guests will be able to talk to the chefs throughout the meal and ask questions. It’s meant to be a collaborative, interactive experience for the lucky diners who can manage to get a seat! I got an exciting preview of what’s in store for the Chef’s Whim R&D series. Check it out!
