I finally checked out Shojo in Chinatown this week, an awesome modern Asian restaurant with delicious small bites and great cocktails.
We started with their Duck Fat Hand-Cut Fries, and their Shrimp Bao, which is topped with spiced cashews and charred broccolini. Both were delicious. We paired it with their Reiko Greene, a drink of gin, green chartreuse, lime, and cucumber ice.

Then, their Wu-Tang Tiger Style Ribs, my favorite dish of the night. They are topped with shallots and peanuts!

We ended with their chicken and waffles, a dish of juicy chicken things, a hong kong style waffle, and five spice butter and syrup.

Now I’m dying to check out their sister restaurant, BLR by Shojo, also located in Chinatown.
