I was so excited to finally check out Thelonious Monkfish in Central Square last weekend. Thelonious Monkfish, for those who don't know, is an awesome sushi and Asian fusion restaurant with live jazz music.
We started our dinner with some cocktails, the Mango Mai Tai and the Peach Perfect.

Then, for an appetizer, the Tom Yum Udon. I got a lot of asks about this dish on Instagram Story and Snapchat — yes, it's as good as it looks!

For our entrees, two rolls. First, the Holly & Ivy Roll, complete with Lobster, mango, avocado, salmon, white tuna, seaweed, and salmon roe. Then, my favorite, the Rumpelstiltskin Roll, complete with roasted balsamic-glazed shiitake mushrooms, yellowtail, asparagus tempura, and green apples, fresh tuna, spring onion confetti, crispy yu mein noodles, and wasabi mayo.
