One of my absolute favorite spots right now, Little Donkey, debuted their brunch service last weekend. I was so happy to check it out. It was as spectacular as you would imagine!
We started our brunch with some coffee and their Toad in a Hole, which is an egg inside a miso banana bread with habanero sausage and creamed spinach.

Then, their Bagel & Schmear which is a yuzu koshu cream cheese on an everything bagel topped with salmon roe. It was perfect in every way.

And of course, some sweet stuff! I loved their Nutella Toast and their Fried Brioche French Toast, which is a french toasted covered in corn flakes and fried and topped with maple syrup and blueberries.
