I had such a fun time taking over the Red Lantern Instagram account this week, sharing some photos from my recent visit there with a friend for dinner. Check out the entire takeover on Red Lantern’s Instagram page here.
We started our dinner with some delicious crispy vegetable spring rolls, and the duck buns, which were stuffed with hoisin braised duck confit and topped with miring pickles and sliced serrano. They were delicious!

We paired these with two of Red Lantern’s really fun cocktails, the Natal Queen and the Island Sno-Cone. The Natal Queen is an impressive drink of Privateer Silver and El Dorado 12 Rum, key lime, passion fruit, pineapple, almond syrup, Sriracha, and Molé inside of a hollowed-out pineapple.
Then, some Shrimp Yaki Udon, a dish of stir fried dry udon noodles with garlic and ginger shrimp, topped with black sesame.

I also loved the Chirashi Naruto, a roll with salmon and tuna in a cucumber wrap.
Then, dessert! We loved both the Chocolate Macadamia Nut Tart and the delicious Blueberry Rangoons, which came paired with yuzu ice cream!
