During the holidays, I had a wonderful dinner at Clink at the Liberty Hotel in Boston. I have been to Clink several times, and love their menu, which is full of super fresh seafood, artisanal meats, and creative small plates.
When I visited with my friend we started with some cocktails and tried several of their small plates including the Buttermilk Fried Oysters, Beef Tartare, and the Spanish Octopus. I loved everything, but was especially impressed with the Beef Tartare, which was paired with avocado toast and beef bacon and topped with fried egg ice cream!
