We started with some cocktails — the Black Raspberry Martini, and Del Frisco’s signature cocktail, The VIP, a drink made with Clementine Vodka infused with fresh pineapple. It’s delicious!
Then, some Togarashi Tuna, and the Thick Cut Peppercorn Bacon, which was amazing. It’s literally a thick piece of bacon (isn’t that awesome?) coated with a bourbon molasses glaze, topped with pickled Fresno peppers.
Then, the P.R.I.M.E. Burger, which was topped with fontina cheese, a quail egg, foie gras mousse, spinach, tomato, and caramelized onions.
After that, one of my favorites, the Short Rib Dumplings, and the Au Poivre Filet Tips, which is a dish of steak tips with house made chateau potatoes, tobacco onion strings, and a bourbon peppercorn sauce.
Then, another one of my favorites, the Garlic Herb Bone Marrow.
After that, the Bison Slider Trio, the Duck Poutine, and the Sweet & Spicy Shrimp.
Another dish I loved was the Buffalo Chicken Drumettes.
Lastly, the delicious Truffle Skillet Chips.
