    Dinner at Dante

    July 7, 2017

One of the most beautiful spaces to eat outside in Cambridge is Dante, a great spot at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Cambridge with a riverfront view.

A few weeks ago I visited and was really impressed both with their menu offerings as well as the patio, which is perfect for the weather we’ve been having lately.

When I visited we started with some wine and a few appetizers — the burrata and the arancini.

For our entrees, the acqua pazza, a light and fresh dish of cod, shrimp, clams, olives, capers, tomato, and celery.

Then, two pasta dishes, the gnocchi and the ricotta ravioli. We also paired it with a side of broccoli.

For dessert, a delicious chocolate hazelnut mousse cake, the Torta Al Ciocolato, which was excellent. We also loved the fritelle, a Venetian style fried dough with chocolate sauce.

Check out Dante’s full menu here. They’re located at 40 Edwin H. Land Boulevard in Cambridge, right across from the CambridgeSide Galleria.
