    Lunch at PAGU

    July 17, 2017

I had such a great time this weekend heading back to one of my favorite spots, PAGU! PAGU is a Japanese Spanish fusion restaurant that opened up in the beginning of the year in Central Square.

I visited for lunch with my friend this weekend, and we started with the pork belly bao, the squid ink oyster bao, and the cheese wafflatos.

Then, we tried one of their awesome new summer dishes, the Lobster Roll + Txips, a dish made with lobster, pear, avocado, housemate soy aioli and black sesame seeds inside a squid ink brioche roll. It was delicious!

We also tried their burger, which was one of their specials for the day, and the ramen.

For dessert, some sorbet, apple caramels, and my favorite — the matcha chocolate chip cookies!

PAGU is located at 310 Massachusetts Ave in Cambridge. You can make reservations at their website here.
