When I visited this week with my friend we started with some margaritas — I loved their Strawberry Mezcal.
For food, we started with some yucca fries, short rib empanadas, and scallop ceviche, which was one of my favorite dishes of the night. It was made with aji Amarillo, orange, lime, tomatillo, and avocado puree, and served with these super delicious chips.
Then, we had to get some tacos. We went with the buttered lobster tacos and the cheeseburger tacos, which were made with ground beef, chihuahua cheese, avocado, pico de Gallo, salsa, and mayo. They were awesome!
