I had an awesome dinner last weekend at Assaggio, a great Italian restaurant in the North End. Assaggio re-opened last August, debuting a new Alalfi Coast inspired menu featuring dishes like fresh burrata bruschetta, zucchini flowers, brick chicken, Ossobuco, great pasta dishes, and so much more.
When I visited with my friend we started with some wine, their fresh burrata bruschetta, and a sauté of mussels.
Then, for our entrees, we went with two pasta dishes — the Carbonara and the Lobster Raviolis.
For dessert, a refreshing spread of fruit!
