I was so excited to head to Las Vegas for Bon Appétit magazine’s Vegas Uncork’d event to check out the Heinz Deli. I attended The Grand Tasting event at Caesars Palace where dishes were prepared from celebrity chefs from across the world!
To celebrate the launch of NEW Heinz Mayonnaise, Heinz set up a deli at The Grand Tasting event where they featured custom sandwiches from renowned sandwich shops from across the country. The shops included Fred’s Meat & Bread in Atlanta, Mean Sandwich in Seattle, and Boston’s own Cutty’s, an adored sandwich shop in Brookline.
Each of the sandwiches were made with New Heinz Mayonnaise, which is deliciously creamy and made with 100% cage free eggs and real lemon juice.
The final creations from the three sandwich shops were so tasty!
Fred’s Meat and Bread in Atlanta put together THE PLTM Sandwich. It was made with pastrami, watercress, heirloom tomato, and Heinz Mayonnaise on Rye Bread.
Mean Sandwich in Seattle designed THE MEAN DIP Sandwich, made with roast beef, sautéed mushrooms, and Heinz Mayonnaise on homemade pretzel bread.
Cutty’s (my favorite sandwich of the night!) put together a Spicy Grilled Chicken Sandwich. It was assembled with marinated skinless chicken breast, petite arugula, and Heinz Mayonnaise on a soft baguette.
Check out Heinz Mayonnaise at your local supermarket and use it to take your own sandwiches to the next level!
